1. Fashion Designer

Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Create unique, fashionable, and timeless designs for our collections.
  • Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and develop new collections.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and implement them into our designs.
  • Assist in fabric selection, sketching, and sampling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion design.
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).

2. Marketing Manager

Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Erum’s brand and products.
  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and content creation.

3. Customer Service Representative

Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, order tracking, and returns.
  • Process orders and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending requests.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

4. Tailor / Seamstress

Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform alterations and fittings for customer orders, including bridal and custom pieces.
  • Ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship in every garment.
  • Collaborate with the design team to meet specific customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tailoring or garment alteration.
  • High attention to detail and precision in stitching.
  • Knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques.
